Weekends at ZEUGMA are all about gathering around a table filled with bold flavors, comforting classics, and dishes made to be shared. Our brunch brings the warmth of Mediterranean hospitality together with a fresh, modern perspective creating an experience that goes far beyond the ordinary weekend brunch.
Discover our signature Çılbır, featuring perfectly poached eggs over creamy garlic yogurt, finished with chili and parsley oil and brioche croutons. Enjoy traditional favorites like Menemen and Shakshuka, or indulge in our Pistachio French Toast with homemade pistachio ice cream, pistachio crumble, and maple syrup.
